Jehay has a castle but also a former abbey situated near the E42 motorway.

Set amidst greenery, the Cistercian Paix-Dieu Abbey, whose first foundations date back to the 13th century, offers rooms that can accommodate from 20 to 400 people.

Paix-Dieu Abbay also houses the Heritage Trade Skills Development Centre.
