The IDDUP ATRIUM is the first business and networking centre in Hesbaye (Liège Province)

Located in Otrange, near the E40 (to Brussels 5 km), E40 (to Anvers-Cologne 15 km) and E42 (to Namur 15 km) motorways, this new space on three levels has all the necessary equipment for hosting up to 10 persons - flexibly, too, since the hours meet everybody's needs (24/7).

This socialising space offers a dynamic working atmosphere and numerous networking opportunities.

The premises are specifically arranged to host co-workers, workshops, training, working groups, team building, business meetings and more. This list isn't exhaustive - you're welcome to submit suggestions for using the premises any way you like.

IDDUP ATRIUM has a large meeting room (Open Space offices can be arranged according to needs), smart high-tech flatscreens, fast Wi-Fi, a smart SONOS speaker, a XEROX professional printer/spanner, a fixed line telephone, secure individual lockers, a fully equipped kitchen, a relaxation room, a terrace and a parking lot (2 cars under camera surveillance). An IT specialist is also on call - remotely - for any problems associated with the co-working space.

Besides the office space, the building has two double bedrooms equipped with Smart TV and Wi-Fi as well as an enormous bathroom (shower / bathtub). Booking the whole of the building for one or a number of nights is therefore entirely practicable.

There's absolutely no need to search for a hotel, meeting room or even a restaurant. The ATRIUM meets all your needs in one single location!

Private concierge services are also on offer 24/7. We are able to meet any request.

IDDUP is also 10 experts who have garnered renown in their field of competence in communication and public relations (website, graphic design & printing, photos, media training press relations, coaching, event organisation, etc.). Within this scope, IDDUP SKILLS places its expertise and network at your service!
